This sailing and bicycle tour will allow you to appreciate all the wonders of the Campania coast, including its two islands, Ischia, the green island, and Capri famous all over the world for its incomparable beauty, and for not missing anything, the Cilento coast.

ITINERARY IN BRIEF
1st day: welcome, meeting with the Skipper and the Guide for the starting briefing; boarding at Castellammare's port; accomodation in the galley and shipment to Sorrento.​

2nd day: landing to Sorrento's port, tour in bike (Bianchi MTB or Trekking) starting from Sorrento to Positano and coming back.

DETAILED ITINERARY
1st day:
In the afternoon, boarding to Castellammare.
Refreshment on board, meeting with the Skipper and the Guide for the starting briefing. Sailing to Sorrento.
Duration of navigation: about 40 minutes.
We will spend the evening in the harbour or in the Sorrento's port.
2nd day:
In the morning, we will start the tour in bike: Sorrento - Positano - Sorrento.
When we listen about the coast, we immediately think of Amalfi's coast. One of the most beautiful in the world.
Riding our bikes, you can enjoy it as never before.

Sorrento: It is located on the north-western part of the peninsula. The centre commands harmoniously on a high tuff terrace, overlooking the sea, in the middle of lush vegetation. Tourist destination for excellence, because of its natural and artistic beauty and its traditions. Sorrento is the largest center for the number of services offered and also the best known and appointed by the Sorrento Peninsula.
Positano: The beauty of the territory fascinated Greeks, Phoenicians, even Romans, giving them a strategic commercial point. It became a privileged destination of gran tour of rich European families. POINTS OF INTEREST
Amalfi: ancient maritime republic, gives its name to the stretch of the peninsula on which stands the Amalfi coast. Among the most important and prosperous Italian trading centers, it contributed with its vitality to the growth of the neighboring towns. A sea of ​​charm, enchanting nature, dreaming landscapes, monuments, history, food and wine make Amalfi one of the favorite destinations for tourists who choose Italy and the south for their holidays.
Ravello: the famous and picturesque tourist center, discovered and visited by many celebrities of all art, attracted by its intellectual appeal and fascination of its architecture and its famous villas. Ravello is situated on a steep cliff; it dominates Maiori and Minori and enjoys a famous panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Gulf of Salerno.It is in front of the Monti di Scala, whose boundary coincides with the course of the Dragon Creek.
Minori: Since 1997 has been declared by UNESCO, a World Heritage. Originally it was a small fishing village, but in the twentieth century a remarkable urbanization, combined with tourism, has made Minori one of the small gems of the Coast.

4th day:
In the morning we will start the tour in bike from Salerno to Paestum (archeological excavation).
This tour can mix history and nature in the same day.
Starting and arriving point will be Salerno, we will visit the archeological site of Paestum with its famous Temple of Athena.

POINTS OF INTEREST:
Paestum: latin name of the term Paistom with which it was defined after its conquest by the Lucanians. It is an ancient city of Magna Grecia called by the founders Poseidonia in honor of Poseidon, but very devoted to Hera and Athena. The extension of its inhabited area is still well recognizable today, enclosed by its Greek walls, as modified in the Lucanian and then Roman times.

5th day:
In the morning we will continue to sail to Ischia.
Duration of navigation: about 2,5 hours
All day will be completely dedicated to the adventure on boat.
You could have the opportunity to admire the island of Ischia by an other point of view. You could have a bath in the most beautiful bays of the island.

We will spend the evening in the harbour or in one of Ischia's ports.
6th day:
In the morning the bike tour will start on the island of Ischia.
Full day dedicated to the discovery of the largest island in the Campania archipelago. We will ride among some of the prettiest municipalities of Ischia, such as Lacco Ameno, famous all over the world for its thermal baths and the charming historic center, and Forio, with its natural pools and ancient churches. The road will then climb towards Serrara Fontana, from where we can enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and admire, to the north, Mount Epomeo, the extinct volcano that dominates the island. We will then stop in Barano for a refreshing bath in the thermal waters of the Nitrodi Fountain of Nymphs.

POINTS OF INTEREST
The Fonte delle Ninfe di Nitrodi is a space of rare harmony and beauty. It gives wellbeing to the body and the spirit, thanks to the scientifically recognized therapeutic properties known for over two millennia. The waters of Nitrodi flow directly from the depths of the rock and are famous since Roman times. In fact, there was a small sanctuary dedicated to Apollo and to the Nymphs "Nitrodi", custodians of the Fonte. The patients came to bathe and drink water to benefit from his exceptional therapeutic abilities on the osteoarticular system and in association with heliotherapy and thalassotherapy, dermatological diseases.
In the afternoon you can have a wonderful swim in the most beautiful bays on the island.
